Caring for someone can sometimes be overwhelming. It can be physically demanding and emotionally draining. It is important to take care of your own physical and mental health so you can continue caring for the people
you love. The 2nd Annual Caregiver Retreat is a time for you, as a caregiver, to refresh body and spirit and learn ways of taking care of yourself. Come enjoy this *FREE* event with live entertainment, good food and information that can make a difference in your life. 20 different one hour breakout sessions will be offered throughout the day.
