Meditation: The Next Level
Noon-1 p.m., Mondays, March 3-31 (five weeks only)
For regular meditators with at least 30 weeks of Meditation for Balanced Living and/or individuals with extensive previous meditation experience who are committed to raising their level of consciousness and deepening their spiritual life. Fee: $42.

Illinois:
6-7 p.m., Tuesdays, March 4-25 (four weeks only)
Iowa:
Noon-1 p.m., Wednesdays, March 5-26 (four weeks only)
This class will help you reduce stress, increase focus and create harmony in your life through the ancient discipline of meditation. Fee: $42.
Reiki
Level II: 5:30-7:30 p.m., Thursdays, March 13-27, Fee: $150/three weeks
If you are interested in developing healing techniques or enhancing the gift of healing you already have, this seminar is for you. You will receive specialized training on breath work, hand positioning, balancing the energy centers in the body and more. You also will receive a certificate to identify yourself as a Reiki Practitioner of the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition.
International Women’s Day:
“Her-story: Great Women of the Past”
6-9 p.m., Friday, March 7
Learn directly from the women scholars who passionately studied the lives of the great women who either made “her-story,” were left out of “his-story” or were portrayed in controversial ways. Delightful dancers will perform and there will be music, refreshments and a flower for each woman attending. Men are also welcome. Fee: $10 per person.
Decluttering and Organizing Using Feng Shui
6-9 p.m., Wednesdays, March 12-26
Learn how to use principles of the ancient Chinese art of Feng Shui to declutter, organize and receive new insight and motivation to move and remove what blocks the free flow of Life Energy or “Chi” in your living space. Fee: $75/three weeks.
