I like to think that I've still got a lot to learn and am interesting in hearing a different angle on everything and yet willing to speak my truth about what I know and believe unapologetically. I do not trust those conservative and liberal thinking people who talk as if they have it all figured out and everyone else is just plan wrong. I worked too many years as a psychotherapist and a pastor where I learned there are always more sides to any story, more truths than people ever imagine. We are all at our best when we listen with our hearts and have a degree of humility. God is not finished with me or anyone I know. God is also not finished speaking yet, so religion that is just about proof texting what someone believe is ALWAYS the way they are I also do not trust. Last I found, God is still very much alive and speaking and I want to do my best to hear what God has to say. In the end the only questions that matters are: Did I live my life well in relationship to God, one another, and did I add any beauty to this world?
